On numerous occasions I visited the branch to draw a statement on my account. The machine NEVER has any paper or are UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST. I think this is pathetic service as many working people make us of this service. It is so frustrating to turn away EVERY TIME. We cannot visit the branch during working hours. Please attend to this matter urgently.
