Bad Attitude

I received a call from a guy by a name of Richard who was very rude and did not want to listen to what i have to say to him. I advised him that if he could kindly contact me at 1 o'clock as i was at work and couldn't not talk because i am not allowed to answer my cellphone, He gave such an attitude, As a customer service agent at work i know how customers need to be treated whether the customer is in arrears with the the account there is no need need to be rude to them, He didn't want to listen to what i was trying to explain to him then he made a decision that he was going to debit my bank account without even giving me a chance to speak, What kind of service is this? at the beginning of the call he kept interrupting me as i was confirming my date of birth to him. I am wondering on what grounds were u hired Richard since you don't have customer service skills
