Frustrating and unacceptable

On Thursday the 10th January I went to Life Style Centre in Ballito to draw money at approx 12 noon. The ATM next to Spar was "out of service" so I went to the next FNB ATM outside Mica and inserted my card, It said wait! well I waited and waited and waited with the arrow going around and around and around then decided something was wrong. I pressed the cancel button and as my card came out the machine came up as "out of service" so I could not draw any cash. Unbelievable!! Today Friday I go back to LIfe Style at 13.30 to draw cash and again both of the machines are "out of service" forcing me to draw from an ATM of another bank until I realised that this was going to cost me!!! Why 24 hours later both machines are not working, this is frustrating and unacceptable especially when you have walked a long way to get there.
I would like an explanation why 2 machines are out of order in the same shopping centre 24 hours later!!
