CARD NOT WORKING AFTER VISITING FOURWAYS BRANCH

On friday 19th July i went to fourways branch for transactions, since then upon attempting to draw money at atm saturday i am unable to with a error "your card has a problem contact branch ", i then went in to festival mall branch kempton park and they told me there was a pin lock? by who i did not lock out my pin!! they told me it was solved i was able to draw R2000-00, then upon shopping i had embarrasment of not being able to take the shopping as my card had a error on the swiping debit machine and told them it was blocked?? i then tried again a atm and again not able to draw. What happened to my card as this ocurred since going in to bank on friday, i am not going to be inconvenienced to go into a branch again as i had done so friday and saturday i was told this was solved, this is to be resolved by monday or i will be taking business elsewhere, i have been unable to access any money this whole week end and have endured ambarrsmnet, i want a manger call and this to be resolved without me having to take time to visit a dam branch again if i have to visit a branch i will go to a new bank!
