Worst Service EVER from VARIOUS branches of STB

I have a savings account with Standard Bank which i have been using to save for my mothers birthday party which is this coming Friday.

I went to the following branches to give the 7 day notice to make the money available so that i would have it in time for her birthday:

1. Promenade
2. Westgate Mall
3. Grassy Park
4. Blue Route Mall
5. Vangate Mall

ALL OF THE ABOVE BRANCHES AUTO PLUS MACHINES was either out of paper or out of order. Therefore i could not give the 7 day notice due to the negligence of and lack of servicing machines. The branches were also all closed as i work until 4 o clock every day and cannot access the bank in working hours.

I think this is entirely pathetic that no paper was available. This has caused that i cannot access the money in time for my mothers birthday and therefore i will have to cancel.

THANKS STANDARD BANK FOR RUINING MY MOTHERS 50TH BIRTHDAY PARTY!!!
