This isn't a complaint. More like a desperate plea for assistance.
Our town (Steytlerville) only have one Standard bank ATM. Every beginning of the month it is flooded with people trying to withdraw money and it takes forever. On numerous times this ATM will fail at night or over weekends making it impossible for anyone to withdraw money and force us to use other bank's ATM's that is much more expensive. I was charged over R40 that would have been for free if i could use that Standard bank ATM.
I would also like to know how long it would take before our Standard Bank ATM is upgraded or replaced with the new envelope free deposit ATM's. As a business it is very frustrating for me to get to the ATM and there is no envelopes left. That is of cause NOT the fault of the standard bank staff as the people who withdraw money uses those envelopes to put the money they withdrew in. Not only that but i've seen school children taking them just for the heck of it.
Please add another ATM or at the very least replace it with one that doesn't require envelopes to deposit.
Please let me know if that is at all possible.
