I went to Standard Bank ATM last Wednesday to withdraw money, i did put my card in a machine like other days, punch the pin, amount and wait for the respond machine gave me my card back as if the money is still coming the next thing i stand the for more than 30 minutes, nothing came out but the i received an sms to say so much money has been withdraw-ed then i went to the ATM thinking that my money is still there unfortunately it tells me the same story. the incident happened at Sasol Patrol Station in Braamfisher (Sowato) on the 14-08-2013 and the time was 15h22 and the amount was R5000, 00. when i go to the branch they told me they can't do anything else except to send a query to people who deal with ATM and maybe i can get my money after 15 days which does not give me any guarantee. I'm scared Peter! and the only reason why i wanted to withdraw it is because i need it now. Please help me, I KNOW YOU ARE THE BEST.
