I was extremely disturbed as a business owner that ABSA Insurance division which handles building and home insurance, is not taking any more vendors on their Assessor database. I find this extremely suspicious as it reeks of collusion and protectionism as the insurance assessing companies in this country are WHITE run and owned. This kind of policy does not allow, well qualified BEE companies to get on board and help with the socio-economic transformation of this country. The BEE SMME's are left out in the cold like they were during apartheid. I would like somebody senior in this division to call me and work this issue out.
