Efore I had insurance with one of the insurance companies on Hippo, the quotes that Hippo produced was very different between the companies and the range was lower and higher than the insurance I had. Now since I joined one of the companies that Hippo gets quotes from the quotes are always higher but very close to what I currently have and the companies are all in the same range.
How is this possible? It seems that my personal insurance information is shared between all these companies before they quote and if that is the case it is in my opinion collusion that is contrary to competition laws of this country.
Which regulatory body can I put my concerns to?
