I had a call from you in response to my previous complaint but all i got was the run around - how is it that somethign that has nothing to do with my involvement is causing me so much hassel I call the peopel i supposedly have accounts with they say my accounts are closed and they sent the necessary paperwork to you and so it's not their problem you say you don't have it so it's not your problem!! your customer service is horrendous no one is willing to lift a finger and you just seem to be going with the rest of the south african population with "it's not my job"!!! you people don't get to play with peoples financial situations do your jobs so that innocent people like me don't get affected by your sloppy work!!!
on top of which i had email responses from another source whemn i emailed transunion directly and they apparently can't read cause they sent me dispute forms which were missing half the stuff i am disputing!!
Do your jobs don't be lazy you are hurting people and their ability to purchase things like homes and cars which in this day and age are kind of crucial to living!!
