Please STOP over charging and under performing!

Pleaswe can you explain to me how it is my fault if you don't take the debit order for your payment? How does it then become my responsibility to do your job for you?

How can you neglect to take your payment by not doing the debit order when I pay you by debit order every other month and then let Collections phone me up because I did not make payment?

This does not make sense, I don't want to be responsible for your incompetence. There where ample opportunity to A, call me and enquire why you did not do your job and B, take your money as a soon as possible as there was plenty of funds in the bank account to do that!

Please stop harassing me and make another plan to do your job properly or just forfeit this payment for all I care, but stop making me responsible for your incompetence as you over charge me for this service as is, I am not going to still be responsibility for you not doing your job as well... catch a wakeup or loose out!!!
