UNPAID ITEM FEE CHARGED... what the:::

I have a prestige account with this bank and i called the prestige line 10 times informing them that i wanted to stop a debit order i even sent a secure message without any response in 7 days of me constantly calling and emailing prestige banking i made an eft payment to the supplier for an amount of R99 and they told me that they have already sent a magtape so i must stop the debit order with my bank, its very unfortunate that i dont recall who i spoke to on the 27th of november on the prestige line but she confirmed that no debit order will go through on my account, now my account is sitting on a huge minus because the bank decided to bill me R115 for an unpaid debit order that i stopped before it even went through, well im not calling these ignorant prestige people and if they do not reverse this R115 unpaid debit order fee i will have to immediately close this account as they have failed to even activate notifications and ucount rewards on my numerous requests, im definately sooooo sick of this bank... THEY ARE INDEED MOVING FORWARD WITH IGNORANCE
