I have been banking with FNB for over 10 years now and have a good standing account. Yesterday I decided to apply for a FNB cell phone contract through FNB with Cell C. I was declined with no apparent reason. Try to phone their call centre and you hold on for ages. I sent a complaint via their website and 24 hours later no reply.
