In Aug 2012 I request a quote for an upgrade on a current life policy. Sanlam refused due to an accident I had, indicating my right knee is a problem due to a accident a year earlier. No doctor was consulted by them. I challenged them on this and they did contact the doctor but stayed at their decision not to accept the knee. So I left it did not go through with the upgrade.( this was also an ugly fight)
On the 3rd of June 2013 Sanlam indicated that they have fail to collect the new "upgraded fee" and will do so from 1st of Aug 2012 to date. 1) I did not sign any documents, 2) they helped them self to R13800.08 from my account where it is normally about R5000.

Next step for me? Police?
