I just tried calling FNB and I got no where. All I want to do is load a beneficiary. I cant go into the bank as they don't have banking hours for us working people. I tried calling their call centre only to get cut off twice. I am calling from my cell phone and it costs a fortune to here someone rambling on about their services for 2 mins when all I want to do is talk to a human being. I even tried calling the bank directly only to be told sorry all consultants are busy call the call centre. I am seriously not happy and it has made my day very bad. I think I need to change my account to Capitec at least there when you call them there is a human being on the other end of the phone and they have decent banking hours. I am not holding my breath that FNB responded to this complaint as I am still waiting on them to reply to my last complaint. " Capitec here I come"
