I have no credit record. So I tried to buy a car and got declined because I have no credit record.. So FNB advised me to get a contract phone or open an account. So, I then ordered a blackberry Z10 from your website and guess what.. Got Declined. And it's not as if I cant afford R400 a month.
So can you please tell me now what must I do seeing that FNB is so full of nonsense, declining a cell phone of R400 p/m. I work in Lagos Nigeria. Tried t get through to the call centre to find out why it was declined and ended up being on the phone for more than 10min without talking to an agent.
If it's not too much to ask and FNB can find the time to phone me for a change, they can get hold of me on 2348105380440 and explain to me why they tell me to apply for a phone and then it gets declined.
