I have been trying to trace a payment of R2140 which I made into the OC Rentals account number 411206141 on the 18th of February at the Standard bank Sunnypark branch (Sunnyside) The reference I put on the deposit slip is 213932. This payment did not reflect at the rental agency for whatever reason. Ive since been trying to trace this payment at the Standard bank branch in Hatfield where I have been constantly sent back and told to come in four working days and every time I get told that the person who assisted me previously did not fill in the correct details. The fourth time I went back they took the card they issued to me that had the reference and told me they would call and tell me to come. The fact that they never called was no surprise because by then I was used to pathetic service offered by Standard bank.
