PATHETIC INTERNET AND CELL PHONE BANKING SERVICE

Hi,

I recently switched to FNB and totally not impressed. I spend more time calling the call centre and the response from them is so slow with all teh questions they ask and i spend hours trying get a simple thing resolved. My limits are alwats an issue even though i have never user this. Then I can only use my work pc, not home. Then when i log onto cell phone banking it always gives some sort of error. Internet banking gives internal errors. I get paid and still have to wait a day for my money to be available. I no longer see the option to apply for an overdraft or smart device.

So given the scenario with electricity. I can't buy from home because it's not a trusted pc in fnb's eyes. then I am only allowed R200 on cell phone banking. This is utter. Cellphone banking always gives errors and try again later message. Internet banking is just pathetic. So with having switchec and spent hundreds of rands on the telephone trying to sort out stupid issues. I plan to switch my salary and debit order back to Standard Bank.
My last complaint I said i do not prefer cell phone banking and they must accomodate my work and home pc and they are not willing to. Will switch back!!!
