It is now becoming an issue to receive Tax Certificates from Discovery Invest, I was told two weeks ago when i called that we would be able to receive them on the website, now today i get told another story again, only end of June. Can someone please explain why the telephone recording on number 0860 67 57 77 advisies you the latest return is avvalible on the website, but staff argue with you and tell you otherwise, and advise me they mean the lastest one is 20112, we actually in 2013. I held for 20 minutes in the queue before been assisted.
