I submitted a query and complaint via email to Momentum via their channels on 27th May 2013. To date I have received no response from Momentum.
The basis of the complaint was a R20 000 cost recoupment that is reflecting on my RA policy. As the financial adviser had been fired over 4 years ago I am mystified at this cost. Furthermore I have emails and letters from Momentum confirming his removal. I therefore want an explanation of how this amount originated and how it has impacted the performance of my retirement savings.
Momentum, I have been with you for over 8 years and you will note that I also have my income protection, dreaded disease and disability policies with you. I am a loyal client.
I deserve better service than this, please can someone urgently get back to me with an answer?
