FNB is continuing their campaign against non-white customers. Obviously this is the way they operate and will continue to do so since non-white clients are considered a nuisance by FNB and all its divisions.
I had a Discovery Credit card issued through FNB. The debt was given to legal and I settled the outstanding balance in full on 5 August 2013. Since then I have been trying to get a settlement letter from FNB. Their Legal Department does not pick up their phones. The card division requested the settlement letter from the Legal Department but they refuse to action it.
I've always known that FNB does diligent profiling and this lack of action to send me the settlement letter just proves that if you are not White FNB does not care much about you.
That's why I even moved my transactional bank account to Standard Bank. Tired of a bank.
I do not expect a response from FNB. After all it's just a non-white ranting about service delivery that is reserved for privileged white people.
