I have only been with Alexander Forbes for a few months and am already experiencing exceptionally poor service. I submitted a call-back request via their website two weeks ago in order to add two Samsung Galaxy S4 smart phones to my policy schedule. I only received a response a week later, which was unhelpful to say the least. The person, whose name I unfortunately did not get, promised to forward my request to a consultant in the Sandton branch by the name of Linda Edwards. I decided to make another phone call this morning in search of this mysterious consultant only to find that she is not available to assist me and who clearly does not return messages left for her. It's unfortunate that I find myself resorting to a forum of this nature, but why should I have to walk around with expensive items that are uninsured when I have a policy that should cover that? Clearly my extra business is not needed and I should consider finding another provider. Consider this a given if I don not receive an adequate response by COB on Tuesday, 4 June 2013.
