During the first week of December 2013 I lodged a claim formy laptop. On 7/1/14 after several phone calls I received an e-mail from Alexander Forbes stating that the laptop was not insured. I phoned me du Toit back and told her that they are looking at the wrong policy as I got one business insure and my son one. (They constantly contact me about his claim) I followed up on 10/1/14, 15/1/14 and per email on 23/1/14. Up to date no response. During early 2013 me I Boshoff an me E du Toit came to see me. They wanted me to move my insurance from PSG Consult to A Forbes (both personal and business) I agreed on condition that they would do all the admin. It signed a new debit order and they agree to cancel my debit order at PSG Consult. During January it came to my attention that only my personal debit order was cancelled and not the busines debit order. On January 15 I send an email to E du Toit requesting a refund. On Jan 23 I received a email denying my request. On the same day I replied on the email stating the facts. I had NO reaction since. On Jan 9 I receive new policy schedule, On Jan 10 I phoned and asked to make certain corrections on schedule. Still no response.
