I have been trying to get assistance with taking out a funeral cover policy however it has been mission impossible to get anyone to take me through the process. I already have a form which I obtained from my workplace when Alexander Forbes was promoting the different products they have. It seems to me that funeral policies are the least of their priorities! Question is why are they selling them in the first place if they cant deliver the service? One lady called me back after I went into the website and requested a call back however she was calling from another division, she told me that she will get someone from the relevant department to call me, up to this day I am still waiting for the call! I am very disappointed
