RUDE!!!

I paid my card on Sunday morning at 10:19 (sms proof) by Sunday night it was not reflecting. This morning I receive a SMS from standard bank saying my payment is over due. I checked Internet banking and it was still showing as outstanding. I phoned prestige banking who told me they can see the payment on their side but it is being delayed by the system due to technical errors and it will clear by tonight, no problem... what I do find however to be exceptionally rude is the fact that i just received a phone call from your card division to tell me that my credit card is overdue and must be paid----->by a machine!!! No hello, how are you or anything else just an automated machine... thats got the wrong information... guess this is why i pay extra every month to be a prestige banker... so your machines can talk to me... I'm seriously diasappointed :(!!
