After hearing the FNB ads regarding the FNB Share Saver account both my husband and I went onto the site and opened accounts. We selected the monthly amount and also found there was an option to utilse our Ebucks to pay for this monthly amount. After about a week I noticed the account balance was still 0 and nothing had been taken off my ebucks account. My husband found the same thing. We thought this would only go through at month end. After month end still nothing happened. I called Premier Banking this morning and spoke to Evidence who checked with the Share Saver team and has now came back to advise me that using Ebucks is not an option. I totally understand that but still dont understand why the option was given to us in the first place. I do expect a better explanation, this option didnt just appear on the site.
Hopefully someone from FNB is able to do something about this and get back to me.
