Still in search of a reliable bank

I contact online to open account. Almost two weeks to contact me. Open account and get offered revolving loan and overdraft. I tell consultant I want more info before I accept offer as I want to move all banking products to Standard bank. She tells me that Prestige banker will contact me in this regard. 3 weeks later I get a call - my cheque card is at Nelspruit branch, to which I reply that no prestige banker has contacted me yet. Get another promise that prestige banker will contact me. A week later I visit the branch to collect card & inquire why no-one is contacting me, but nobody knows where paperwork is that I must sign. Credit card sent to another branch?? Half an hour to see the only prestige banker. Get informed that consultant that opened account noted on system that I declined the loan & overdraft & can only apply again in 6 months. She promises to rectify and call me next day with feedback. Two days. N0 call. Try to use internet banking. Cant make payments as limits not set. Call prestige banking - Have to go into branch to set up. I was in the branch twice. Not going again for the same account a third time. If this is your Idea of prestige customer service?
