Having been a client of this institution for sometime, ON 8 January 2013 I visted the local branch to apply for a loan. The friendly and supportive staff member at the Branch advised that since the money i wanted was minimal, I better increase my credit limit and receive a Gold Card. I agreed on this and provided all the FICA required documents. I was provided a new card and later that day received an sms that my credit limit has been increased. Trying to use the card for the first time on 10 January 2013 the ATM responded that the card has not been activated. I visted the Branch on 11 January and re -provided all the FICA documents. I called the 086 number on 12 January and was told card will be active on Monday 14 January. I tried the card on Monday 14 January it was still inactive. I received an sms to send my ID to the bank and this was duly faxed to the Card Center. Now today 18 January, still stuck with an inactive card. Called 086 number today to be told I will get response on 22 January. This is madness at its best. The worse part when i wanted to lodge this complaint through their website only the Loans website works. I have had of loan before but this beats em all
