I have been trying to increase my gold card limit, went through the process just for the sales consultant to tell me that i can have 3 loans up to 56000, but i dont want a loan, i only want to increase my gold card limit so i was reffered to card division, after speaking to the friendly lady at card division she transferred me back to sales who in turn told me i must contact the card division. All i want is a credit card limit increase, not a loan and no one at African Bank can help, it should be a seemless process.
