Very poor service

I applied for a limit increase on my African Bank credit card on Friday 31 st May 2013, everything was approved and i was given a new card, later that day i recieved an sms notifying that the money is in my account. On Monday 3rd of June 2013 i tried to withdraw money only to find that my card has been blocked so i called 0861 000 555 at about 2 in the afternoon and was told that the Soshanguve Plaza Branch have not yet faxed my ID and proof of residence documents to their head office so i called the consultant at Soshanguve branch to explain that she needs to fax my documents her response was "im busy, ill call you back " but never called back. I just called their head office today (4 June 2013, 14:56) and still they havent faxed my documents. This is highly UNACCEPTABLE as i increased my credit card limit because i really needed the money like yesterday. If i could cancel i would since i had to make other plans but its too late because the money is already been transferred. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Someone please advice.
