Nedbank has been doing this since the begining of the year. Sick and tired of it. I have a personal loan with Nedbank. Every month i make sure my debit order goes of. Never skipped a payment. I dont know whats going on but since January 2013, they have been takeing double payments like it suits them. I you phone to claim your money, you get told it was a mistake and youl have your money in 10 DAYS???
This month it has happend again, im not waiting 10 days for my money, my debit orders cant go off today because of this. I hope Nedbank will rectivy my name if my credit record goed bad.
im very discussted with nedbanks service, will make sure to never do business with them again.
