African Bank
Still waiting for the refund

I had a credit card with african bank paid it off and closed it. these some money due to me i was told to fax through my id copy and bank statement and payment will be made within 48 hours that was last week Tuesday. even now I'm still waiting. can this please be sorted out as they say the refund department does not take any call, i'm unable to get any update
