I'm so sick of this, I've had a Nedbank personal loan for more than 3 years, I've NEVER skipped a payment!!! YET I still get snotty sms's telling me that should I not pay the monthly instalment action will be taken. My debit order I signed is for the 27th of every month, but this month they put it through on the 21st luckily there was sufficient funds in my account. When I phoned the response was that there's a note on the system they need to secure the payment... FOR WHAT!!! I WILL SETTLE THIS ACCOUNT WITHIN THE NEXT 6 MONTHS AND I WILL MAKE SURE THAT EVERYONE I KNOW NEVER DEAL WITH NEDBANK!!! Nedbank treat their customers like criminals!!! And make a note that should this happen again before i settle... EXPECT A LETTER FROM MY LAWYERS!!!
