NO RESOLUTION TO THE ESCALATION

I HAVE ESCALATED THIS MATTER ABOUT 4 WEEKS AGO AND RECEIVED A CALL FROM SARASWATI FROM THE LENASIA BRANCH. SHE ASKED ME FOR MY DADS EXECUTOR ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS OF WHICH I PROVIDED, A WEEK LATER I WAS ASKED TO PREPARE AN AFFIDAVIT, THIS WAS PROVIDED THIS WEEK. I WAS PROVIDED A VALUE OF 3838 THAT WAS IN MY DADS DORMANT ACCOUNT BY ANTONEITE, THEN THAKA MALAKA PROVIDED ME A VALUE OF 500. SARASWATI CALLED ME TO SAY THAT NOW THEIR IS A NEGATIVE BALANCE IN MY FATHERS ACCOUNT. HOW ON EARTH IS THIS POSSIBLE ON A DORMANT ACCOUNT, HOW CAN BANK CHARGES BE LEVIED IF WE THE DECEASED FAMILY WAS NOT NOTIFIED BY ANY MEANS. I BELIEVE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS NOT BEING TREATED FAIRLY AND ALL BANK CHARGES MUST BE REVERSED AT THE DATE OF WHEN THIS ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED BY FNB AND NOT AS PER OUR REQUEST.
