On the morning of 7th Sept @ 10:07, I received a call from your Cr Rehab advising that I owed R330 on my cheque account. Upon trying to establish the breakdown of the outstanding amount your consultant Magdelene from Cr Rehab advised that it was 3 x R125 iro s/fee charges. Asked that she kindly investigate, in conjunction with her supervisor & have the bank charges reversed & dormant a/c closed. When I asked for her Surname (for my follow-up purposes) she DROPPED THE CALL!!! 2 weeks ago I received a Registered Letter dd 6th Sept to which I send a SECURED message to my branch, which remains UNACKNOWLEDGED & I can ALSO presume UNATTENDED to date!!! On Saturday I yet again, I received a Registered Letter dated 7th September from Cr Rehab. The Cheque a/c was open in March 2012, it's only from June 2013 that your service fees have placed the a/c into overdraft - together with interest thereon, that is constantly inflating the debit balance. Reverse all charges and close, to avoid further accumulations & frustrations please.
