BAD ATTITUDE & LACK OF SERVICE

I vistited the Lenasia branch of Fnb this year mid Jan 2013, and liased with Thaka Malaka and she said that she will look into my fathers estate account query and revert back to me. I waited for about six weeks and she did not come back to me so I decided to go back to her at the Lenasia branch, this time she said that the documentation & records did not arrive from their head office. She then promised to call me to provide feedback of which to date has not. I find this type of service unacceptable as my fathers money has still not been paid into the executors account. Nobody seems to care because it's not their money. For a service industry to have a don't care attitude is apaling. All that I request is my father's money lying in some suspense account to be paid to the executors account urgently. Regards Manish
