So I recently transferred my account billing from my dads bank account to my bank account. Ever since then they have been causing all sorts of problems. At first they said I could split the accounts which is why I gave them my banking details. The first transaction they made put me in a negative balance. I asked why and they said that it was the conjoined bill of my family. I told them that I wanted my bill to be split from the rest and they said that it was not possible, so I received false information from their bayside branch. After paying the bill in full, they did the exact same transaction for the exact same amount. I asked for them to reverse it and they told me it would be reversed in 10 to 14 days whereas my bank only gave me 24 hours to pay that amount, which by the way, I don't have. If I don't reverse the transaction I have to owe my bank R4300.00
