Terrible Service

Terrible service from Natasha at Autopage cellular Reservoir Hills.
I have applied for an upgrade and transfer on my cell contract onto my name in May from my dads name. In june the first instalement did not come of my account and i had contacted the branch and spoke to Natasha to rectify this which she said she was going to do, i did tell her that i dont want this to happen in July as this was an Inconvenience and i had to transfer the money now into my dads account. I then checked my bank statement on the 09 Aug and see that the instalment for my cell still has not come of my account and has come of my dads account. This is now the second month and is very fustrating, I called Natasha and told her i am very dissapointed and as this is now the second month, she was very rude to me and said its NOT HER PROBLEM SHE SENT MY DETAILS TO HAVE THE TRANSFER DONE, this is not acceptable, when is asked to speak to her manager she refused. she being a customer service agent and should do her best to assist customers and fullfill her duty, she should follow up on this matter and not wait for me to call her. I am a travel consultant and know pretty well what customer service is.
