BAD SERVICE

We have a facility with RMB and applied for a increase on the 31/01/2013 at 08:39am through our "account manager" Deon Niewnhuys, we never recieved a response until we sent a follow up request the following day. We completed the application and submitted it to Deon on the 01/02/2013 on the 08/02/2013 we then had to follow up and on the 13/02/2013 Deon responded saying we will have a response on the application by Wednesday 13/02/20013 we then never heard from him until i phoned him and asked what was happening he then apologised and said he had been on leave at this point requested more information from us, to date we have not yet had a positive or negative outcome on our increase application even though we have sent numerous emails and tried to contact Deon, today being the 26/03/2013 almost 2 months after submitting our original application
All we want is a response whether our application has been accepted or declined is that to much to ask?
