DECLINED HOME LOAN

I have submitted an application for a home loan with Absa via a company. The finance was declined after 3 weeks of intense waiting and after thousands of pages to proof my income and personal information and the reason was: Insufficient cash flow to service loan - Income declared cannot be verified!! Please open your eyes!!! Unqualified individuals that bought there FAIS, FICA AND NCA!!! STOP BEING LAZY!!! Do you want me to highlight it for you!!! I BANK WITH ABSA!!! I have been a F&I for 9 years now and this is an unacceptable answer!! My ITC is 100% clear, I earn a double income, I am giving a 10% deposit and I have been with Absa for many, many, many years now and this is what MY BANK GIVE`S ME!!! And then I contact about 5 different numbers for somebody to assist me and guess what, i just got another number to call. Hahahahaha, so so funny!!! Another bank gave me after 3 days from submitting the application form a 60% loan to value!!! I am struggling to swallow this!!! And then to top all of it, I spoke to a team leader and he said that I must contact the application centre!!! My friend, if you are appointed as a Team leader to assist your client then you must do just that!!!
