I called in wanting to ask about the smart phone i ordered online and the lady called Phuthi did not have customer service at all, i asked her nicely whats happening with the application and she asked for my details i gave her, she comes back and tells me that the application has been declined i ask under what conditions and she tells me maybe i have a listing under my name again i tell her i dont have a listing under my name and if it was declined why did i not get an sms telling me it is declined because i live with an FNB cutomer in the house and he got an sms that says its declined so my questioin is why did i not get an sms telling me the application was declined and why did the lady give me an attitude while i just wanted to find out about my smart phone. i have a very good credit history im still very young for my name to be rotten.
