Applying for new debit card

I applied for a replacement debit card at enquiries with my my driverslicence. She cant help me for my licence expired a few weeks ago. I then ask for help with the teamleader who assisted me in asking me security question which ive passed. We went back to Manaioha who was then told that she can proceed with application. Ms Manaioha then started to to ask me again questions what transaction I have made with my card days ago after I have already passed the test by the teamlaeder. I could not remember one question and she then became very rude and said that im waisting her time and she cant help me. The woman refuses to assist the teamleader who repeatedly ask her for assistance who blatantly refuses to help her in front of customers waiting in the que. I felt like a criminal and cant remember when I was ever so humiliated by somebody in that position working with public, She is unprofessional and should never be in that occupation.
