Although I am quite carefull in using my Nedbank debit card for Internet purchases, someone actually hacked it about six weeks ago and used it for transactions to the value of about R11000 within two days at various locations in the USA. Even before I could detect it, Nedbank Security picked it up and contacted me. They then immediately blocked my card. But that's not all folks! They reimbursed me for the full amount of the transactions and sent me a new debit card within two days. I would say that is excellent service. Bravo Nedbank Security!
