Expired Nedbank card

Was livid and red faced when purchased goods at Footgear and was told my debit card was declined because it expired!! No notification or new card received from bank, which is standard practice with all other banks; they contact their clients before hand. Good enough for your money to be in the account but no client service to inform you that your card expired!! Closing that account all because of poor service!
