I was notified that FNB wont be paying back the money from my account.

my card was at the ATM and i didnt have a phone with me as the ATM in question is 10 min from my house, FNB refuses to pay me back the money that was from account.

is it my fault that it took me 10 min after the incident to report the card? doesnt FNB have cameras in there ATM's?

Not only that after ordering a replacement card i am still waiting for any confirmation that i can fetch my new card.

it has been atleast 3 weeks, what does FNB expect me to do? EFT my thru life?

it is the WORST service i have ever experienced!
