Zisekele did not pay-out the entire claim amount

My father took out a life cover form Zisekele life and funeral cover and made me and my cousin his beneficiaries. They only paid out my portion and did not give my cousin hers. Before receiving the payment, the claiming process took very long, they repeatedly requested for the same documents. After the continuous process of the request and submission of documents they confirmed that they were going to pay me, but I found out that this was not true for my her, they started coming up with excuses and saying that she was not a daughter of my father; they also requested for an abridged birth certificate and it was supplied, after that they said no they want the unabridged birth certificate (did not understand the motive behind this as she had already supplied them with her ID copy. The process of getting the unabridged birth certificate was estimated to take about 3-4 months and it was already 3 months since the claiming process began, which is said to have a maximum duration of 6 months, implying that by the time she receives it, the claiming period would have elapsed), on their site under the FAQ tab it is stated that: "The applicant can nominate anybody as a beneficiary."
