I lost my phone on the The of 6th may2013. reported the phone on the 7th at the police station did all paper work that was needed sent the information threw the same day. waited a couple of days and still no response. I decided to call them they said they will get back to me. days passed and still no response. than I called again and the told me I have to pay execs then they said the will send me banking details via email did not receive one .called the Monday morning asked for the banking details they gave me via the phone deposited the money sent the prof of payment. called them told them I sent every thing threw than they said they will get back to me I called them this morning asking whats going on they just asked for my address and said they still checking if they is stock. they will get back to me. and I'm still waiting for a reply since I called 31may at 8am. i'm done with call sure. getting new phone insurance. its practically taking a month to get a new phone
