I logged a online request with FNB a week ago, and till now i have not recieved any feedback or response except automated emails sauing its been forwarded and someone will get back to me.

i sent another email on wednesday to the email as per the last automated response but still no one is coming back. No wonder thats why i'm fed up with FNB and closing all my account and moving to another bank.
