3 years ago, I applied for my son's un abridged birth certificate in Malmesbury, and never recieved the certificate. A few weeks ago I re-applied in Kemptonpark and am only told NOW, that they will not issues the new one until the old one has been issued. 3 years i have been waiting and yet now I have to wait another 3 years? For the life of me i can not understand how it can take so long. How do i speed up this process?
