I am a platinum card holder at fnd and I have been banking with fnb for the past 1o years now. I received a sms notifying me that I qualify to get a smart device from them. I followed the application online and got a screen saying my order was approved and that I would be contacted to conclude the order. The very next day the smart device appread on my internet banking screen. After a couple of days after not receiving any feedback I contacted fnb and they had no idea what was going on. I was then informed that they tried to contact me and that I was not available. This was however not true. I was then informed by some technicalitly that I do not qualify for the product and it cannot be given to me.
The next day I was contacted by another department in fnb asking me if I would like to take up the fnb offer for there data! This is ridiculous and cant believe such a major corporation like fnb is run like this.
